OARS Program (Oak Ridge Intermediate)
OARS (Outstanding Adults Reading with Students) is a mentoring program where community members volunteer their time three or four times a year to partner with a reading student. The objective is to build a bond between the student and partner by providing one-on-one assistance, which in turn helps students achieve academic and personal success.
