The VFW is dedicated to promoting patriotism and investing in our future generation, in the form of scholarships. If you are a democracy-loving student grades 6 – 12 interested in preparing for your future then these annual programs are for you.
The Camdenton R-III School District, along with Dr. Paula Brown, invite Lake Area artists of all ages to compete and display patriotic pieces during the Veterans Day assembly held at the Camdenton High School on November 10, 2017. Artists may enter in the following categories: Acrylic, Drawing, Mixed Media, Oil, and Watercolor. Judging will be based on a patriotic message. Art will need to be submitted to the Camdenton High School no later than November 5.
